     It's always a good idea to have a journal or notebook on hand. You may receive valuable insights and guidance during the session, and jotting them down can help you remember and reflect upon them later.

  3. Allow Extra Time:

    Our session will involve energy practices and deep exploration. Please ensure you have at least a quarter-hour of free time after the scheduled session. This time will help you ground yourself and integrate the experience.
