Terms of Sale

1. General information

1.1. These Terms of Sale set out the rules for purchasing digital products, online programs, and coaching services via the website https://empireofpower.eu, operated by:

1.2. The Client may be any natural or legal person purchasing a product or service from the Seller.
1.3. Placing an order means acceptance of these Terms of Sale and of the Privacy Policy.


2. Scope of services

2.1. The Seller provides digital and intangible services, including:

  • online courses,

  • audio/video recordings,

  • downloadable materials (PDFs, guides, workbooks),

  • individual and group coaching sessions,

  • access to Kajabi or other communication tools (e.g., Telegram).

2.2. All products are for personal use only. Sharing, copying, or reselling without written permission is prohibited.


3. Ordering process

3.1. Orders are placed through the online order form on the website.
3.2. To complete a purchase, the Client must:
a) select the desired product,
b) provide required personal details (name, email),
c) accept the Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy,
d) optionally consent to receiving newsletters,
e) complete payment through Stripe or PayPal.
3.3. After successful payment, the Client receives an email confirmation with access to the purchased materials.


4. Prices and payments

4.1. All prices are gross prices (VAT-inclusive) and displayed in Polish zloty (PLN) or another currency if stated otherwise.
4.2. The Seller reserves the right to change prices, but such changes do not affect orders already placed.
4.3. Accepted payment methods: Stripe, PayPal, or other methods listed at checkout.
4.4. Orders are processed only after full payment is received.


5. Delivery of digital content

5.1. Access to digital materials is granted automatically after payment (via Kajabi platform or by direct email link).
5.2. For coaching sessions, delivery occurs at the individually agreed-upon time.
5.3. If access or delivery issues arise, the Client should contact the Seller immediately at [email protected].


6. Right of withdrawal

6.1. Under EU and Polish consumer law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion.
6.2. Exception for digital content: this right does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the withdrawal right.
6.3. Therefore, at checkout, the Client must confirm the following:

“I agree to receive immediate access to the digital content/service and acknowledge that I will lose my right of withdrawal once the service begins (Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).”

6.4. The Client may still submit a complaint regarding service quality at any time, as described in Section 9.


7. Complaints and refunds

7.1. All complaints should be submitted via email to [email protected].
7.2. The complaint should include identifying information about the order and a clear description of the issue.
7.3. The Seller will respond within 14 business days of receiving the complaint.
7.4. Refunds, when justified and possible, are issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.


8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

8.1. All products and programs are educational and self-development tools.
8.2. Results depend on each Client’s individual effort and cannot be guaranteed.
8.3. The Seller is not responsible for the Client’s personal, financial, or professional decisions made based on the materials provided.
8.4. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in or use of the program.
8.5. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.


8a. Health and wellbeing disclaimer

The programs and materials offered by Crede Experto Magdalena Grygorowicz are for educational and personal-development purposes only.
They do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
Participants are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing and should consult a qualified professional for any health-related concerns.


8b. Participant responsibility

The Client understands that individual results depend on personal commitment and circumstances.
The Seller makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, earnings, or transformations.
By joining the program, the Client accepts full responsibility for applying the material in their own life and business.


8c. Confidentiality and conduct

The Client agrees to respect the privacy of other participants and to keep all shared information within the program confidential.
The Seller provides a supportive and safe environment and may remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful, without refund.


8d. Intellectual-property license

All materials provided during the program—including videos, texts, graphics, audios, and PDFs—remain the exclusive property of Crede Experto Magdalena Grygorowicz.
The Client receives a non-transferable, personal license to use them for private study only.
Copying, sharing, publishing, or reselling any materials without written consent is prohibited.


8e. Force majeure

The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as internet outages, platform failures, natural disasters, or government restrictions.


9. Personal data

Processing of Clients’ personal data is governed by the separate Privacy Policy available on the website.
Acceptance of these Terms also implies acknowledgment of that policy.


10. Governing law and disputes

10.1. Contracts are concluded in Polish or English.
10.2. These Terms are governed by Polish law, provided that consumers residing outside Poland are also protected by the mandatory consumer laws of their country of residence.
10.3. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Poland, specifically those having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.


11. Model withdrawal form

If applicable, the Client may use the model form below (not mandatory):

12. Final provisions

12.1. The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms of Sale. Any updates become effective upon publication on the website.
